Ozone (O3) is a gas we are well-aware of as being present in the earth’s atmosphere and protecting us from harmful UV light. It protects us in more ways than just that though. Ozone generators are (usually) small devices that create ozone. This gas is highly effective in sterilising the surfaces it comes into contact with and also kills off the virus that causes Covid.

The Portable Ozone Steriliser is the smallest unit and creates 100mg/h Ozone. It is perfect to disinfect smaller items like keys, money, jewellery, mobile phones, etc in a sealed container. Place it in your refrigerator to get rid of terrible odours without harming the produce or put it in your car boot for 30-60 minutes to sterilise the groceries you just bought. You can even disinfect an entire room.
Whenever you use ozone, it needs to be accompanied by a warning though. Ozone kills off viruses because it oxidises the outer shell of the virus and penetrates the core, damaging the RNA. It can do the same in human cells and breathing it in can be detrimental to your health. In large doses, Ozone has a chlorine-like smell. When you use our Ozone Generators, make sure the room or container is properly sealed off and air them after the device is finished. Open the container in a well-ventilated room or open windows in the room that has been sterilised and close the door again until it has aired.
