If it is not possible for you to purchase your refills or replacements at our Factory Shop in Centurion, we will make a bi-weekly water delivery to your premises and replace your water bottles.
Once you become a member of the 62 community, you will be assigned a dedicated delivery day and delivery driver who will visit you every 2 (two) weeks to replace any of your empty water bottles with full bottles. If you need any other items, like cups or accessories, you can submit an order for it to Head Office at least 72 hours before your delivery, and your dedicated delivery driver will drop it off with your normal water delivery.
If a regular water delivery (every 2 weeks) doesn’t work for you and your small, medium, or large business, you can get in touch with our sales team and organise a delivery schedule to meet your needs. We will then also SMS or email you the day before your dedicated delivery day to confirm any requests that you may have.
We can recommend a number of bottles for you based on the average consumption we have seen for homes or offices.
However, we are certain that within a few weeks you will be in a routine that allows you to accurately determine how many bottles you need to be delivered and how often. When you do, you can get in touch and set up a new delivery schedule to suit your needs.
